"ESTEROS EGO" a Greek crime thriller movie directed by Sotiris Tsafoulias. A serial killer inspired from Pythogoras Amicable number (220 and 284, 1184 and 1210) uses the no.220 with Pythogoras quote as a mark in victims place. What is this Amicable number? A pair of number each of which is the sum of the factors of other. Ex. 220 is divisible by 1,2,4,5,10, 11,20,22,44, 55 and 110 of which the sum is 284 likewise divisors for 284 are 1,2,4, 71 and 142 of which the sum are 220. These numbers are called Amicable or Friendly numbers. The victims will be killed by the order of dates that are divisors of 220 i.e on 1st day of the year, then followed by 2nd day of the year upto 110th day of the year which will be the last victim. A high quality movie with perfect screenplay.
Asked my granny about sati system and widow remarriage and what she said shocked me!! I just asked out of curiosity after reading Amma vandhal novel, grandma said " her mom's sister got married at the age of 12 before attaining puberty to a man of age 30 (age difference 18 years old). After 7 months of marrying her husband died in an accident and she was widowed within the age of 13. After that from the age of 13 she got her head shaved and she want to wore just a plain yellow saree with a white blouse for her remaining life. She lived for 73 years without involving in any type of activities. My granny also added that she wont be provided normal food that is for her life she should not eat salt, sugar and vegetables like onnion , garlic. And then she won't even allowed to speak to her own brother. I'm writing this because still we can notice these type of sufferings near srirangam and TV koil in our Trichy and seen a lot in kumbakonam. We are speaking about technology advancement but if we see deeper there are many sufferings which are unnoticed.
